Abstract

The aim of this thesis was to design according to pre-determined plan the reconstruction of a residential building in Ostrava. Reconstruction includes insulation cladding, replacement of windows in the residential units and common areas, replacement of entrance door to the building, complete replacement of the roof including new thermal insulation and waterproofing. The project documentation was prepared for three different heating buildings and comparisons. For comparison was chosen as one of the variants heating CZT, another option was to replace the gas central heating boilers in cascade involved in boiler room located on the 1st floor and the last option was ceiling-suspended electric radiant heating panels. This work describes how the materials used, as well as producers of technology commonly used in practice. The first part deals with the aspect of construction and building thermal technical characteristics and materials used. It also includes calculations of thermal properties of each structure. The second part focuses on the technical equipment of the house. This section addresses inter alia for all three variants of heating, including calculations and diagrams. This thesis addresses the savings compared according to the used heating system, which is important for the investor and the subsequent return of the system and size savings during use, which is a requirement of the target users. This comparison is impacting on the economics of investment, as well as recently many inflected environment.
