Abstract

Vysoká škola Báňská – Technical university of Ostrava, Faculty of Safety Engineering. This final thesis deals with the issue of flue gas ventilation at the scene of the fire. It discusses the individual types of ventilation and subsequently the tactics and principles of using positive pressure fans in more detail. The work also includes getting to know the methods of measuring the performance of overpressure fans. The main goal is to compare positive pressure fans with regard to the type of drive in real conditions of intervention.
