Abstract
The analysis of temperature sensors is presented in the work - their measurement and comparison. Next analysis is of Peltier modules, especially their conversion characteristics and determination of time constants. This work describes also possibility to connect cells in a cascade (multistage TEC), obtains a temperature of -30 °C on the cold side, design a controller for this multistage and verification of the controller based on 8b Atmega16 microcontroller.
