Abstract

The thesis is focusing on the topic of supply management and its optimalization based on data obtained from Bosch Thermotechnology Ltd. The first part contains introduction of the whole Bosch Group in general, than the place of Bosch Thermotechnology within it. Then follows more detailed introduction of the whole problem and proposals of its solutions. Detailed description of current state and its pros and cons are described, following is comparison with new proposed system. Process of choosing ideal parts and suppliers is introduced, based on economic calculations, the pros of switching to this system are shown.
