Privatizace obecního bytového fondu

Abstract

The work deals with the privatization of housing in the village Čelechovice in Hana. After 1989, the fund has been allocated four blocks of flats and seven houses. The housing stock privatized municipal council in three phases, during which elected two methods of privatization, namely: flats for sale under Act No. 72/1994 Coll. Existing tenants and sales to third parties outside the existing tenants. At present, the privatization of housing stock in the second stage. In 2005, the village housing stock expanded by 48 protected housing units. The aim is to privatize the municipal entire housing stock, in addition to 48 newly built apartments. The author concluded that a municipal council elected in the privatization of housing stock suitable methods of privatization.
