Abstract

The Bachelor´s thesis is composed of two parts – the constructional part and the builduing services part. The first constructional part deals with the project documentation of a family house complying with the requirements of respective norms. The second builduing services part deals with the family house heating including water heating. The main goal of the Bachelor´s thesis is to propose an alternative source of heating. I proposed a heat pump, system earth – water for the needs of heating and water heating. The drafted heating system is a low-temeperature one in combination with underfloor heating and heating bodies. The Bachelor´s thesis includes text, drawings and supplements.
