Abstract

This work deals with the development and deployment of an information system for the ISP. The main objective of the information system is to simplify service management to gain an overview over the state network and the network to inform clients about any anomaly in the network. At the same time, the system will take care of managing payments and subsequent automatic invoicing. It will drive traffic to the network services and keep records of clients' networks. The system will work as network clients, and network administrators. The entire information system will be deployed in a real operation and its main principles are simplicity, reliability and clarity. The information system is being developed in collaboration with clients RejNet.Cz network to which the information system will be deployed. The whole work will be divided into several subgroups, each subgroup will address a specific part of the information system. First we will analyze the requirements and information system in the second section will discuss the different parts of the information system and in the end we put the system into full operation and test and debug it from there.
