Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the design and implementation of a demonstration task for a Mitsubishi programmable logic controller using drives and a visualization system. The thesis designs and assembles a demonstration panel containing a Mitsubishi FX5U PLC, a visualization HMI panel, and other input and output elements. The thesis includes the creation of a control program in the GX Works3 development environment and the design of visualization in the GT Designer3 environment. The program contains several demonstration tasks focused on working with digital and analog signals, timers, communication, and drive control. The designed system was then tested on real equipment. The result of the work is a functional demonstration application that can serve as a teaching tool for demonstrating the principles of industrial automation.
