Abstract

This thesis deals with the waste management in the village of Jimlín with the specialization on the separated waste. The monitored time section is from 2006 till 2011. In the introduction is the brief characteristic of the chosen area and the legislative which is connected with the waste management. In the following part, there are explanation of the basic expressions, description and dividing of the municipal waste and analysis of developing production of the waste, especially separated waste. After that there are separation and process during the dealing with municipal waste. The following part is aimed to the economical viewpoints of the waste management and environmental education. In the final part is evaluation developing of waste amount and costs, positives and deficiencies in waste separating and dealing. How the village supports the environmental education of the citizens. There are also suggested some possibilities leading to waste management.
