Hodnocení ekonomického rizika požáru

Abstract

Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá posouzením stávající metodiky hodnocení ekonomického rizika požáru dle platné legislativy České republiky a návrhu jejího rozšíření. V prvé části je popsán způsob výpočtu ekonomického rizika výrobních objektů. Druhá část uvádí příklady stanovení hodnocení ekonomického rizika požáru v zahraničí a jejich odlišnosti. Třetí část se zaměřuje na součinitel následných škod, který je normativně stanoven, a posouzení jeho aktuálnosti. Zaměřuji se na způsob určení následných škod, které využívají pojišťovny pro produkt pojištění přerušení provozu. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny návrhy na rozšíření metodiky hodnocení ekonomického rizika požáru.

This diploma thesis deals with the assesment of existing economy risk of fire according to legislation of the Czech republic and proposal to extend it. It`s describe the method of calculating the economy risk of fire of industrial buildings in the first part. Thera are the examples of the determination of the economic assesment of fire risk abroad and theire defferences in the second part. The third part focuses on the coefficient consequential damages, which is prescribed and assess its topicality. I focus on the method of determining consequential damages, which use insurance products for business interruption insurance. There are presented the proposals to extand the methodics of the assessment of economic risk of fire in the end.
