Vzdělávání zaměstnanců před krizí a v době krize

Abstract

The aim of my thesis The education of employees before crisis and during crisis is to find out if the courses and education training for employees of company PANAV, a. s. were beneficial in their personal life and job. I focused as well on their interest about another education trainings, which can enrich their knowledge. Theoretic part foreshadows the goal of education, techniques and ways of education and the education, which the company wants to realize. Practical part is focuse on the company PANAV, a. s., where I compared own sources with finances from European Union. I created own questionnaires so that I find out necessery informations for the concepts of other education. In final part I suggested the most preferred trainings by employees and as well I presented my suggestions, which should help the company to work well.
