Komplexní zabezpečení areálů při konání kulturní akce – „Výročí obce“

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá komplexním zabezpečením areálů při konání oslav Výročí obce. Práce se dělí do několika kapitol. Začátek práce je věnován právní úpravě, jako jsou zákony a normy shrnující fyzickou ochranu. Na úvod navazuje specifikace a rozdělení fyzické ochrany. Další kapitola představuje samotnou obec, ve které se oslavy konají, včetně popisu okolí areálů. Současné zabezpečení všech míst je popsáno v samostatné části. Hodnocení a analýza rizik jsou stěžejní částí diplomové práce. V této kapitole jsou stanovena rizika vycházející ze současného zabezpečení celé víkendové akce a následně jejich analýza, díky které dochází k určení těch nejzávažnějších. V závěru práce je poukázáno na rizika, která je nutno řešit, a zároveň je stanoveno inovativní řešení zabezpečení této kulturní akce.

The diploma thesis deals with the complex provision of the premises during the celebrations of the anniversary of the village. The thesis is divided into several chapters. The beginning of the thesis is devoted to legal regulations, such as laws and norms summarizing physical protection. The introduction follows the specifications and the division of physical protection. The next chapter is about the village itself, where celebrations are held, including a description of its surrounding areas. The simultaneous security of all locations is described in a separate section. Risk assessment and analysis are a key part of the diploma thesis. This chapter outlines the risks arising from the current security of the entire weekend events and their analysis, which makes it possible to identify the most serious ones. At the end, the work points out the risks that need to be addressed, and at the same time it is provided an innovative solution for securing this cultural event.
