Abstract
This diploma thesis deals with the design of a control system for laboratory workplace. The workplace consists of two robotic cells. Each cell is equipped with a robotic arm and controls from the company Mitsubishi. The goal of the thesis was to create a presentation application that combines the use of PLC systems, robotic systems and other industrial peripherals that the workplace contains. The application design is divided into a robotic part, a PLC part and a user interface design. In each part, in addition to the application design itself, there is also a description of working with the development environment. The development of the robotic part of the application took place in the environment of the RT Toolbox3 software, the PLC part in GX Works2 and the user interface in GT Designer3. The result of the thesis is a demonstration application of camera inspection of parts and their sorting. The principle of the application is the insertion of parts into the workplace, manipulation with them using robotic arms and a conveyor and their sorting based on the result of camera inspection.
