Vliv veřejného zadávání zakázek na konkurenceschopnost stavební firmy v Moravskoslezském kraji

Abstract

This thesis deals with the relationship between the process of public procurement and the competitiveness of construction companies. The objective of this work was to probe into the issue of public procurement in relation to the concrete construction companies in the Moravian-Silesian Region and its impact on competitiveness. To achieve this objective was used document analysis of three specific contracts analyzed construction company and comparison of the regions in the case of public procurement in each region. The objective was filled and showed that the relationship between a firm's competitiveness and public procurement exists, both positive and negative. The results of this study are particularly applicable in the practical field of public procurement processes themselves, especially from the position of the candidate. Defines how the Contracting Authority can influence the course of public procurement as a result of a different interpretation of the Law on Public Procurement.
