Restaurace v Hlučíně

Abstract

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of the design of a restaurant in Hlučínská štěrkovna in the form of partial project documentation of the building according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. on construction documentation (as amended). The basis of the bachelor's thesis was an architectural study of a restaurant and sauna at Hlučín gravel prepared in the subject Studio Creation II in the academic year 2017/2018 and documentation for building permits prepared in the academic year 2019/2020 in the subject Studio Creation Va. The lake is located at the crossroads between Ostrava and Hlučín. It is a lake that was created by flooding a former gravel pit. The proposal supports the vision to improve the recreational conditions of the area. With its orientation and solution, the building opens the lake and communicates with the surroundings. Thanks to their transparency, the glazed parts of the building allow a closer connection between the visitor and nature. It also offers a connection to the nature terrace, which extends directly above the lake. The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to design a building that will make full use of the potential of the Hlučín gravel pit, naturally connects to the surrounding nature and thus makes its recreational use more attractive. The building is structurally designed as a wooden building, for its implementation are mainly used natural materials. The atypical, dynamic design concept led me to a detailed study of wooden structures and the subsequent appropriate selection of a system of wooden buildings for this case. The work is divided into two parts - text and drawing documentation. The drawing documentation is processed on the basis of the assignment of a bachelor's thesis specializing in architecture. Part of the text part is a technical report based on the architectural and construction part.
