Analýza pohybu vozidel silniční expedice v areálu ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s.

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou pohybu nákladních silničních vozidel ve společnosti ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s., pro závod středojemné válcovny. Hledá návrh vhodného řešení pro snížení délky trvání nakládky nákladních vozidel a jejich pohybu v areálu řešené společnosti. Práce je dělena do dvou částí. V první jsou definovány teoretické poznatky, legislativa a podnikové předpisy. Část druhá – praktická, analyzuje získaná data a informace, navrhuje řešení a tato řešení vyhodnocuje. Cílem práce je najít nedostatky a navrhnout řešení, které povede ke zvýšení efektivity nakládky nákladních vozidel pohybujících se ve společnosti ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s. Touto prací byly zjištěny nedostatky v logistickém plánování, pochybení dopravců a špatném značení. Na tyto problémy byla navržena opatření.

This bachelor's thesis provides an analysis of the movement of road expedition vehicles at the premises of ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s., specifically traffic for the Medium & Fine Section Mill. The aim of the thesis is to find a suitable solution that would minimize the duration of the loading of the vehicles and of their movement at the premises of the company. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part consists of the theoretical findings, related legislation and corporate regulations. The second part analyses the acquired data and information, suggests possible solutions and evaluates them. The objectives of the thesis are to pinpoint the drawbacks and propose solutions that would improve the effectivity of the loading of vehicles that move around the ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s. premises. This thesis identified shortcomings in logistics planning, transporters' misconduct, and poor traffic signs. Measures have been proposed for these problems.
