Abstract
The bachelor's thesis is focused on employee benefits and their analysis in a selected company. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to analyse the employee benefit system at the selected company and then, on the basis of the analysis carried out, propose appropriate recommendations on how the employee benefit system in the company could be further improved.
The theoretical part defines the legislation, from the point of view of the Labour Code and from the point of view of the Income Tax Act. Furthermore, there is a defined characteristic of employee benefits where, among other things, the benefits and disadvantages that result from the benefits are mentioned, as well as forms of provision, breakdown, financing, history and more. It also discusses selected employee benefits.
The practical part is characterised by the individual employee benefits offered by the selected company to employees and subsequently analysed in the form of a questionnaire investigation. Based on the analysis, an overall assessment of the employee benefit system is then made in.
