Abstract
This master´s thesis deals with the performance evaluation of the division. Describes, evaluates and analyses the current situation in division PROSTIMZET PLUS. The theoretical part of master´s thesis occupy with the definition of performace, measurement of economic performace, description traditional and of course modern methods of performance evaluation. The second part is dedicate to description of particular division and performance evaluation throught Economic Value Added. In practical part of master´s thesis is execute comparison of targets for year 2015. Results of analysis are use to processing of my own recommendations and proposals.
