Abstract

This thesis concerns the problematic of the raise of outage in serial production of immobilizer during molding of PCB into antenna in Continental Automotive Czech Rep. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the raise of outage in serial production of immobilizer during molding of PCB into antenna and provide its minimization. It was necessary to detect the cause of such outage. The solution was searched in adaptation of machine, which makes such molding. Additionally, production and control processes were checked. This solution was handled in accordance with the functionality of the part, which serves as a security item protecting against unauthorized start up of the vehicle.
