Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to determine the discount rate in the selected company using the weighted average capital cost method (WACC). This work is divided into two parts.
The theoretical part deals with an optimal capital structure, different methods of calculating not only the cost of equity but also the Cost of Debt. In the practical part, these methods apply directly to a particular company.
