Stanovení minimální hasicí koncentrace oxidu uhličitého pro směs benzínu a ethanolu

Abstract

The aim of the diploma thesis was to carry out an experimental determination of the minimum extinguishing concentration of carbon dioxide for a mixture of petrol and ethanol, in pre-determined percentages of each fraction. In the theoretical section, the current issue of fuel in the context of reducing road transport emissions is discussed, with a focus on fuel for positive-ignition engines. A description of the experimental equipment and the implementation of the experimental determination of the minimum extinguishing concentration of carbon dioxide is carried out in the practical part. The results obtained by conducting the experimental measurement are presented and evaluated in the conclusion.
