Diploma thesis “Employment of People with Disabilities analyzes the status and problems of people with disabilities in the current job market.
The diploma thesis is focused on the legislation of employment of people with disabilities nowadays. In the next chapter, which is practically oriented, analyzes the employment situation of people with disabilities by the employer STEELMET, s.r.o. The final part evaluates employing people with disabilities.
