Abstract

The aim of this thesis is not only evaluate efficiency of acquisition, choice and adaptation of employees in the company ČEZ at a branch office in the city of Zábřeh, but also eventually make recommendations for improvement of this process. My task is to evaluate and assess the efficiency of the process of acquisition, choice and adaptation of employees and propose options for higher efficiency of these processes in the organization. The course of the whole process of acquisition, choice and adaptation of employees is explained and described in detail. I compare theoretical course of the process with real practice in the company and I evaluate the overall efficiency of the process in this thesis.
