Abstract

The topic of my thesis is, administrative proceedings brought pursuant to the Law on Roads ". The work is divided into three chapters, the first two are treated theoretically and practically the third, when the model is described with an example of using the models of protocols that are components of attachments. The topic I chose for several reasons. The main reason is that in my area figures are several companies that go through that procedure and recently the subject touched even my father, a tradesman. Another reason is that the decision in administrative proceedings began characterized by slowness, complexity and formalism. The authorities shall require the parties and a large number of documents unnecessarily stretch the decision-making process when their decisions are often waits several weeks. All these reasons lead in the public administration to corruption that is in the Czech Republic becoming more frequent. Therefore, it is my interest to clarify the procedure that can speed up administrative procedures and is acceptable for both parties to the proceedings.
