Abstract
Diploma thesis deals with the determination of value of selected company. It is divided into three chapters. The first theoretical chapter describes possible methods of assessment. The second chapter explains company characteristics and selected indicators of financial analysis. The third practical chapter demonstrates company evaluation performed using the discounted cash flow valuation method and economic value add method.
