Abstract

The following thesis is dealing with the basic problematic of business management. The main purpose of this work is to create analyses of the company environment and to recommend a suitable strategy of the following development of the company EKOBAL ROŽNOV, spol. s r. o. The thesis consists of an introductory part, three main chapters and the ending. The first chapter contains theoretical findings connected with the problematic of strategy and strategic administration of a company. The second chapter documents the company itself. Introduces the production programme, organizing structures, function of the particular sections and the main part of this chapter is the internal analysis, analysis of micro-environment and macro-environment and SWOT analysis. The following chapter is dealing with the evaluation according to a particular analysis and it contains suggestions and recommendations for the needs of the forthcoming development. The main purpose of this thesis is to create the analyses of the company environment and to recommend a suitable competitive strategy. To conclude I want to say that I believe I have reached the planned aim of my thesis and the detected features will help the company to gain stable position at the market.
