Abstract
The goal of this diploma thesis is to find potential opportunities and threats of logictical company NH - TRANS , SE . The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with defining of the basic terms and descriptions of selected methods of strategical analysis. The practical part delas with gereral and professional sectors of the company NH - TRANS , SE . Then, the work examines the internal environment of the selected company. Acquired opportunities and threats are subjected to a SWOT analysis. Based on the results of SWOT analysis there are made suggestions and recommendations for the company NH - TRANS . SE
