Hodnocení dodavatelů ve strojírenské společnosti výrábějící vakuové systémy

Abstract

This theses describes method of supplier evaluation and assessment and supplier performance evaluation of engineering company focused on the production of vacuum systems. The first process is being applied by a complex tool called SESPA (for suppliers posing no higher risk) or by simple form RFI (for suppliers not presenting any risk). Under performance evaluations are being applied two methods – Scorecard and simply point method based on four basic criteria. The aim of this theses is to describe these current processes and to make sugesstions for improvement.
