Abstract
In this diploma thesis I will resolve storage renewable energy, focusing on the storage of renewable energy into hydrogen. As the experimental part of my thesis is to measure the metal-hydride storage, which is a variant of hydrogen storage. The measurements focus on the charging metal-hydride storage, the amount of pressure needed to carry out metal-hydride storage and the related energy consumption and determine the effectiveness of the system as the accumulation of power, and efficiency of equipment needed for this experiment.
For the aforementioned issues will determine their profitability, through multi-criteria analysis, both for the storage of hydrogen in different ways, where I will compare the storage of cylinders, in metal-hydride hydrogen and liquid phase, and for some the possibility of accumulation of electrical energy, by comparing the lead-acid batteries, flow batteries, super capacitors and hydrogen system.
