Abstract
The object of this bachelor thesis is focused on using nujol technique in quantitative analysis, which is based on detection absorbances linearity on changes of backfill. It relates on previous bachelor thesis from 2016, which were pursuing on repeatability measurement by using classic and modified slot. We find the same length of the optical line by using modified polyethylene slot. The principle of this thesis is finding linearity of calibration curves with assistance of regression coefficient. Then also find combination of compounds, which strips are not overlap together and they can make quantitative evaluation in far – infrared region. This created solution can offer at least a part view for use in quantitative analysis.
