Rizika insolvenčního řízení z pohledu věřitele

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to identify the risks creditors can face within the insolvency proceedings and to find the way how to eliminate them. Short and unified view of insolvency proceedings will be provided. The thesis is divided into 3 parts. First part provides with the basic information about development of bankruptcy law in the Czech Republic and legal regulation within the European Union. The second part is focused on insolvency proceedings characteristics, fundamental terms, chronology and its individual subjects. The main part of thesis describes particular risks from the creditors’´ perspective. Bachelor thesis serves as the basis for those being interested in this topic or become creditor themselves.
