The solved area is Palmovka, an area located in Prague 8 - Liben. This area is currently neglected, without a clear concept. It is a Prague brownfield and a transfer hub for public transport. Palmovka offers potential for development and has ambitions to become an attractive place for city life. In the solved area you can find several historical buildings, which document the previous development of the whole area of Palmovka. The urban study responded to these values and incorporated them into a new part of the city. The diploma thesis deals with the design of an office building with the addition of civic amenities located in the newly proposed area. Part of the solution is also the connection of the building to the adjacent public space.
