Variantní řešení technologií provádění zastřešení u vybraného objektu

Abstract

This thesis is focused on technology implementation flat roof of a residential building with four floors above ground and one underground floor. The building is L-shaped with load-bearing prefabricated column system. In this thesis, two alternatives are developed, roofing option A - single-layer roof with classic sequence of layers and option B - roof garden with extensive greenery. Technological regulations, project documentation, time schedule of construction and budget for both versions of roofing and technical report are included.

The aim of this work is to design the roof structure with good thermal-technical properties.
