Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on the design of the construction part of the administrative building and the design of heating with a condensing gas boiler. The design of the building part is made with a view to achieving the lowest possible heat losses of the building and low heating costs. The heating source will be a gas condensing boiler with external hot water heating, which will be reheated by direct photovoltaic. The heating system is designed as closed with forced water circulation. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts, construction and technical. The construction part contains project documentation. The technical documentation contains the design of the heat source, the calculation of the heating, the calculation of the hot water storage tank. Part of the work is the evaluation of the heat balance, evaluation of one critical detail in the AREA program, calculation of heat losses, energy label of the building envelope and a certificate of energy performance of the building.
