Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with customer satisfaction of ČPZP. The aim of the thesis is to make a marketing research and to recommend, based on the satisfaction of existing clients, how to acquire new clients and keep current satisfaction. The theoretical part deals with the topic of marketing research and customer satisfaction. The practical part deals with elaboration of a questionnaire, which concerns respondent satisfaction with preventive programs of ČPZP and communication with Health Insurance Company. The thesis is also focuses on the questionnaire survey and the subsequent analysis and evaluation of the data. In the conclusion, there is a recommendation and possibilities of improving the current state customer satisfaction.
