Riadenie zásob a distribúcia

Abstract

Logistika je veľmi široký a komplexný pojem, ktorý zahŕňa mnoho aktivít. V súčasnosti sa stáva logistika kľúčovým faktorom k dosiahnutiu úspešného podnikania. Z toho dôvodu som sa rozhodla pre tému mojej diplomovej práce Riadenie zásob a distribúcia.

Cieľom diplomovej práce bolo navrhnúť optimalizáciu riadenia zásob spoločnosti XYZ, a.s. Spoločnosť je výrobcom výkovkov.

Diplomová práca sa skladá z troch častí. Prvá kapitola obsahuje popis podniku. Nasledujúca kapitola diplomovej práce je teoretická a popisuje ciele logistiky, nákup, spôsob riadenia zásob v podniku, distribúciu a ABC analýzu. V tretej časti som zhodnotila súčasný systém riadenia zásob v spoločnosti, uskutočnila som ABC analýzu a navrhla riešenie pre optimálne riadenie zásob.

Logistics is very wide and complex idea which includes more activities. Nowadays logistics becomes one of key factors leading to business success. For this reason I decided for theme of my diploma work Inventory Control and Distribution.

The aim of the diploma work was to propose the inventory control optimization of company XYZ, a.s. The company is manufacturers of forged pieces.

The diploma work consists of three parts. The first chapter contains the description of the company. The next chapter of diploma work is theoretical and describes targets logisticians, purchase, way of inventory control company, distribution and ABC analysis. In the third part I stroked the present system of store control in the company, made an ABC analysis and performed solutions for optimum stores control.
