Definování základních služeb pro určování kritických subjektů v sektoru zdraví

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se soustředí na identifikaci klíčových služeb v sektoru zdravotnictví. Úvodní část poskytuje přehled současného stavu této problematiky, přičemž se zaměřuje na kritickou infrastrukturu a specifika zdravotnického sektoru. Následně je provedena analýza poskytovaných zdravotnických služeb, která zahrnuje zkoumání vlastníků a provozovatelů zdravotnické infrastruktury i samotných poskytovaných služeb. Na základě těchto poznatků se závěrečná práce věnuje definování základních služeb v sektoru zdravotnictví, přičemž vchází z předem stanovených kritérií.

This thesis focuses on the identification of key services in the healthcare sector. The introductory section provides an overview of the current state of the art, focusing on critical infrastructure and the specifics of the healthcare sector. Subsequently, an analysis of the healthcare services provided in conducted, which includes an examination of the owners and operators of the healthcare infrastructure as well as the services themselves. Based on these findings, the thesis focuses on defining the essential services in the health sector, starting from predefined criteria.
