Analýza vlivu procesu extrémní plastické deformace na mechanické vlastnosti oceli na prototypovém tvářecím zařízení

Abstract

The aim of the thesis was to perform extreme plastic deformation by DRECE on two devices that differ in their design. The thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with extreme plastic deformation and their methods, as well as the analysis of the chemical composition of the steel, tensile testing, and optical microscopy. The practical part describes extrusion by the DRECE method, methods of chemical composition analysis, tensile testing, and optical microscopy. Furthermore, it is discussed which device improved the mechanical characteristics of the experiment material more.
