Abstract

The subject of thesis "Analysis of Management System of a Selected Company” is analyzing management system in a in relation to management system in selected company. The first part deals with theoretical basis with characterization of the ranked private company within the frame of National Economy, Legislation and managing function. In the second part is characterized selected company, their business vision, targets and plans. On the base of analysis are specified possibilities and recommendations of management system.
