Algoritmus a jeho ověření pro kalkulaci optické mohutnosti umělé nitrooční čočky po předchozí laserové refrakční operaci

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the design of an algorithm for calculation of the optical power of intraocular lens in eyes that have undergone laser refractive surgery in the past. The formulas used so far for the calculation are not very accurate for these non-standard cases and non-standard axial lengths, and thus postoperative refractive errors arise, which is needed to be resolved. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the possibilities of calculation of intraocular lenses in standard and non-standard cases, physical principles of measurement and it finds possible causes of postoperative inaccuracies. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the design of the algorithm. Preoperative and postoperative data of patients who came to the eye clinic to undergo laser refractive surgery are used for the design od algorithm. The knowledge of preoperative axial refraction is mainly used for the design of the algorithm. The accuracy of the methodology is statistically verified several times by the method of linear regression. The final design of the algorithm is also processed using regression analysis. The resulting algorithm is theoretically verified on a set of eyes, which is analyzed in the theoretical part as a proof of inaccurate calculation of lenses. An application with a new implemented algorithm is created for the practical use of the algorithm.
