Abstract

The purpose of this bachelor`s thesis is creation of architectural drawings of apartment building. Parts of the drawings are basic design and detailed design. The thesis also include technological method of brick laying, cost budgeting, schedule, building site equipment and design review of thermal passage. All drawings and parts of the thesis are created according legitimate laws. The project is a four-floor apartment building with three upper floors and a basement. Each of upper floors consists of four living units, basement consists of a technical room storages and cellars. Modern clay block structural system Porotherm had been chosen for this apartment building. Roof system of the apartment house is a single-ply flat roof with a inner roof .
