Vývoj ICT zabezpečení zdravotní ambulantní péče v České republice

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of eHealth in the Czech Republic. The aim of the work is to evaluate the development of ICT security of outpatient health care in the Czech Republic with a focus on primary care doctors' offices in 2015-2019. The first partial goal is to compare the level of ICT security according to individual health-care providers. The second partial goal is to evaluate the development of ePrescription in the Czech Republic since 2018. The theoretical part describes health care as part of the national economy, defines and determines the areas of eHealth, its elements and strategies. The following is the definition of outpatient health care in the Czech Republic and its provisioning by primary care physicians. The evaluation of the development of ICT security of outpatient health care is performed on the basis of the analysis of selected indicators (ICT equipment, functions of e-systems, management of medical documentation, offer of online services) in the years 2015-2019. The first partial part of the evaluation is devoted to the outputs of the comparison of the level of ICT security according to individual types of surgeries. The second part of the evaluation is devoted to the results of the analysis of the development of the use of ePrescription in the Czech Republic based on the number of ePrescriptions since 2018. The work also contains the results in relation to the objectives, future development and own recommendations.
