This thesis put mind to description development inflation since 1989 and what had to rate inflation growth effect real wages. In exordium are characterized fundamental terms as is wages; inflation and how measures, causes inflation and possibilities influence inflation Czech national bank. Further follow thematic units, apportioned always after five years, containing development inflation and wages in single years. There are further mentioned the most striking influences that the on growth, eventually fall inflation and wages reacted. Final part is devoted brief evaluation development inflation and wages during of all follow period.
