Vyhodnocení interní komunikace v organizaci

Abstract

The aim of this thesis entitled "Evaluation of Internal Communication in Organization" was to evaluate the internal communication in the selected organization. Social and internal communication was described in the theoretical part. Data, needed to analyze the internal communication, was obtained through one of the methods of sociological survey, questionnaire. This questionnaire was distributed to subordinates of the shift masters in morning and afternoon shifts. Barriers of the internal communication have been identified by data analysis. These barriers were particularly insufficient quality, quantity and timeliness of information that shift masters provide to their subordinates, a preference for informal and written communication. On the basis of the theoretical part were designed recommendations, which should eliminate these communication barriers.
