Analýza a zlepšovanie kvality s využitím typických nástrojov managementu kvality

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to review the process of manufacturing a gutter system, identify the most problematic part and find possibilities its production process and limit the generation of defects using with, so-called Traditional tools for analysis process. The first chapter sets out the important concepts of the quality problems, improving quality and traditional tools analysis of quality management. In the next chapter is characterized company and products in which is quality reviewed. Next are realized analysis of the problems with quality of products, concretely make by selected tools of traditional tools for analysis of quality management. These are tabs and forms, Pareto analysis, flow chart and Ishikawa diagram. In the chapter Proposals are proposed possibilities of quality improvement of the most problematic products based on results of realized analysis. At the end are involved results of analysis and proposals for the improvement of quality of the reviewed products.
