Prevence a řízení krize ve společnosti Trenkwalder a. s.

Abstract

Thesis is based on theoretical knowledge of the business environment analysis and analysis of the company itself. It´s dividend into three parts – theoretical part, characteristics of the company Trenkwalder a. s. and the practical part. In the theoretical part is illustrated metods of SWOT analysis, SLEPTE analysis, Porter´s five forces analysis, financial analysis and crisis management. in the part of characteristics of the company it deals with the important features such as history of company, the business sector and organizational structure of the firm. In the practical part is created a complete company analysis and are taken into account the threats that company can meet. For some of them is created using the method of emergency outbreak crisis plan for their removal or to deal with crisis after its occurrence. In this thesis are described metods of „drawer´s plans“, concept of trouble shooting, exit of area and investment emergency measures to stave off outbreaks.
