Zhodnocení spokojenosti zákazníků v podniku zabývajícím se zemědělskou prvovýrobou

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to determine the customers satisfaction of the company Orálek rostlinná výroba s.r.o. with products and services. The theoretical part describes the method of customer satisfaction research and SWOT analysis, for this purpose, the ECSI (European Customer Satisfaction Index) method was chosen. The method is applied in the practical part and the ECSI results are included in follow-up SWOT analysis. Recommendations and suggestions for increasing the company's customer satisfaction come from the evaluation of these analysis. Overall, customers are satisfied with the company with minor reservations.
