Operační úroveň řízení HZS Jihočeského kraje a jeho fungování v rámci Integrovaného záchranného systému

Abstract

The thesis deals with operational level management of the Integrated Rescue System in the South Bohemia Region. It describes the historical development of this level of management. Thesis defines the capacity and the minimum number of the staff on regional operational and information center of F&R Service. Determined values were compared with the long-term average and with extreme fluctuations in the floods in the year 2009. Also deals with the creation outputs from emergency plans. In annexes of thesis are created aids for shift supervisor in check list form. Checklists are intended to address accident on nuclear power plant Temelín.
