Abstract
This work is focused on monitoring and comparing the thermomechanical properties of magnesium alloys - AJ 62, AM 60, AMZ 40, AZ 91, AZ 91 Be. On these alloies was performed monitoring of influence of inoculation process on change of thermomechanical properties. Specimens were produced by gravity casting technology to the sand and cast-iron moulds. Finaly were samples expose to straining at temperature range from 20 to 300 ° C. In the theoretical part is the analysis of literature (especially the emphasis on the properties and uses of magnesium alloys). In the experimental section explains the procedures for the production of samples and actual testing. In conclusion, there are placed graphs comparing the measured values.
