Teoretické a praktické aspekty podnikání soukromého zemědělce

Abstract

This thesis is focused on obtaining grants and system of controls in agricultural area and aims to assess the current problem of bureaucracy of the particular farmer.

At the beginning of the thesis is describes the historical development of agriculture in the Czech Republic, the distribution of agricultural production and the basic concepts associated with the management in this area.

The theoretical part is focused on conditional control, the distribution of subsidies that can be drawn in the Czech Republic and specific procedures of all controls according to any type of subsidy. All types of controls and subsidies mentioned in the previous chapter are further used in practice on priváte farmer. A problem of obtaining grants, system of controls and other problems that an entrepreneur is dealing with is solved here.

The end of this thesis summarizes the results of controls and procedures for obtaining of subsidies, these results are used for the final evaluation of agribusiness of private farmer and other farmers and on this basis is suggested several possible solutions for private farmers to improve the current situation in the agricultural market.
